walks into twenty-seven year of experiences producing windshield wiper blade,
arm, and refill.

Top earth has come a long way from its humble beginning of five workers and
three belt-type stamping presses, with a current workforce of over 180 factory
workers and production equipments, including rubber mixing, molding machinery,
automated hydraulic presses, automatic paint/power coat facilities, and human
resources.

With 27 year professional experiences, top earth has built completed facilities
to provide the best quality wiper products with the biggest ranges over four
hundred types of wiper products. Top earth is one of the most vertically
integrated producers of windshield wipers worldwide, with in-house tooling
design and development; international procurement of raw material; rubber formula
determination, mixing and molding; stamping, assembly and coating of all metal
components, and extensive testing and r& d facilities.
